Our History

The company was formed by Andrew Fulcher in 2002. With his strong background and many years of experience in real estate, Prairie Management experienced solid growth and a local reputation of excellence. Andrew is accessible and his solid knowledge and pleasant professional manner speaks of his integrity and his success. Prairie Management is now the largest management company in the local area. Since the beginning, the company has concentrated on property management both residential and commercial exclusively in the Okotoks and High River area.

Broker and Managing Director of PMR since 2002. Licensed by RECA since 1995.

Andrew, an Okotoks resident himself has extensive residential and commercial management background. He is a University graduate, with over 15 years directly involved with the real estate industry. His management style is a very personal, approachable and hands on philosophy.


Curtis Patton

Curtis is a licensed realtor with an associate degree in Agriculture who hails from the Nanton area. His strengths lie in his extensive background of agriculture. Curtis has excellent client relation skills and above all, enjoys meeting the challenges of buying, selling and managing real estate properties.

Suzan is a graduate from the University of Calgary. She is a licensed real estate associate, resident in Okotoks with over 15 years of real estate management experience. Her strengths lie in her communication skills with owners, her determination to provide the boards with the most accurate information they need to make their decisions and her friendly professionalism.


Betty Foran

Betty completes our team. She has over 25 years of experience in condominium accounting and finance. She has established and maintained a computerized receivables system with separate trust accounts. She scrutinises and records all payments of invoices related to projects, collects and processes all monthly condominium fee payments, reminders and monthly reports. She provides detailed monthly financial statements and is on hand to deal with the most complex financial issues.
